Board Member of Kinmon Gakuen since 2009 and served as Board President from 2015 to 2023. Appointed Honorary Chair in 2023.

Board Member of Kinmon Gakuen since 2016. Served as Head of School from 2020 to 2023 and has been serving as Education Director since 2023.

Joined the Kinmon Gakuen Board of Directors in 2022. A retired business owner, he has been actively involved in a karaoke group for many years and continues to participate in community and cultural activities in San Francisco Japantown.​

He has been actively involved in Kinmon Gakuen’s Capital Campaign Committee, supporting the school renovation project, and joined the Board of Directors in 2026. He is Executive Director of Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach and a longtime community advocate.

Retired bookseller in San Francisco Japantown. Former President of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Northern California (2005) and Tri-Chair of the Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival (2017). Serving as Board Chair of Kinmon Gakuen since 2023.

Joined the Kinmon Gakuen Board of Directors in 2022. She has long been actively involved in community activities in San Francisco Japantown, including work with organizations such as the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California and the San Francisco Japantown Foundation.

Joined the Kinmon Gakuen Board of Directors in 2026. As a child, attended Japanese classes and gave alumni remarks at the school’s centennial celebration in 2011. She has had a career working in Tokyo for AT&T Japan, served in the first Clinton White House on trade issues, and was elected the first Japanese American on the San Francisco Board of Education. Currently, she is the Executive Director Japantown Task Force. 

Joined the Kinmon Gakuen Board of Directors in 2014. He currently serves as Treasurer of Kinmon Gakuen and is President of the Japantown Merchants Association of San Francisco. He has long contributed to the San Francisco Japantown community and has been actively involved in community events, including the Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival

Joined the Kinmon Gakuen Board of Directors in 2022. He has extensive business experience in hospitality and international trade, including serving as President of Shigyo America Corporation. He is currently a business owner in Fairfield, California.

Joined the Kinmon Gakuen Board in 2026. President of Cross Cultural Communications, specializing in U.S.–Japan business relations. She has served on the Executive Board of the Japan Society of Northern California (JSNC) for nearly 30 years. She promotes Japanese culture, art, and education and received the Order of the Rising Sun, Silver Rays, in 2022, among numerous other honors.

Joined the Kinmon Gakuen Board of Directors in 2026. He is Executive Director Emeritus of the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California, where he served for nearly four decades. He has been a longtime leader in preserving Japanese American culture and strengthening the San Francisco Japantown community.
